How it works

Three steps to your parts

Step 01

Upload Your File

Drop your STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF file. No account required. Get a real price in seconds.

Step 02

Configure Your Build

Pick material, color, layer height, finish. PLA to carbon fiber nylon. Standard to rush.

Step 03

We Print & Ship

Parts go to our San Diego print farm. Every part passes inspection. Tracking from print bed to your door.

Make thousands.
Keep it lean.

No tooling, no minimums, no mold costs. Get production-quality parts without the overhead of injection molding.

Break-even vs. injection molding is around 10,000 parts — below that, FDM production is usually faster and cheaper than cutting a mold.

Common questions
before you upload.

Is FDM strong enough for production?
Yes — when the material matches the load. PA6-CF30 clears 180 MPa tensile and handles bolt torque, daily assembly cycles, and thermal up to ~120°C continuous. For structural brackets and tooling we spec PA-CF or PPS; for enclosures and housings PETG or ABS. Material selection is part of DFM review on every quote.
Can I see quality before committing to a full batch?
Yes. Production runs over 50 parts go through first-article review — you approve one real part in your hands before the full batch prints. Read the mass production process →
I don't have a CAD file — can you still make the part?
Yes. Send a sample, a sketch with dimensions, or a reference photo and we will model it. Photo-to-CAD and reverse-engineering from samples are part of our CAD design service. Typical turnaround is 2–3 days from sample to printable file. Read about the CAD service →
